Emira Property Fund (“Emira” or “the Fund”) is a portfolio created under the Emira Property Scheme in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, Act. 45 of 2002. It has been listed in the Real Estate Investment Trusts sector on the JSE Limited since 28 November 2003. The Fund is managed by Strategic Real Estate Managers (Pty) Limited (“STREM”), which is approved by the Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes, to manage the Fund.
