Emira Property Fund ("the fund") is a property unit trust in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, No. 45 of
2002 and is listed on the JSE Limited. The fund is managed by Strategic Real Estate Managers (Pty) Ltd ("STREM"), which is approved by the
Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes to manage the Fund.
